„Fresh from the field to the table“ – this is the motto for this year‘s KRONEN Calender 2017 – inspiraled by our machine highlight, the Spirello 150.

With this machine large quantities of vegetables can be optimally processed into vegetable spaghetti.

Experience the product versatility of our KRONEN machines for yourself and find an inspiraling machine for your requirements. We show you how quickly and easily you can process seasonal vegetables, salad delicacies and fruit delicacies directly from the harvest.

Suitably for these photographs we introduce the respective processing possibility for preparing, cutting, washing, drying, peeling, coring and packaging.

The corresponding recipe for 10 persons is provided as well. Through effective combining we implement complete production flows and rational processing lines with process automation through the use of state-of-the-art control and regulating technology.

We set trends in the processing of vegetables, salad and fruit, but also vegetarian and vegan meat replacement products have been processed for this year‘s recipes.

Our chefs, Wolfgang Blum and Andreas Eigner have enhanced this year‘s edition with many creative ideas and delicious recipes.

As a small pre-taste, we are already presenting the dessert from the calendar page December 2017 :

Caramelised apples

on apple buttermilk pancakes

on flambéed apple slices with vanilla foam

Ingredients for 10 persons:

1 packet brown sugar, 2 bottles apple cider, 200 g marzipan, 200 g raisins, 200 ml Calvados, 1 l milk, 6 eggs, 2 cups cream, 100 g butter, 500 g flour, 500 ml butter milk, salt, 16 apples, 2 limes, 1 bunch mint, 1 vanilla pod, 1 package clarified butter

  • Preparation "Caramelised apples":

    Peel apples and remove the core. Fill 10 apples with marzipan and raisons. Sauté in a pan with apple cider. Then thickly sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelise.

  • Preparation "Apple buttermilk pancakes"

    Cut 3 apples in slices. Heat butter in a pan, stir together with flour, sugar, buttermilk, egg and a pinch of salt. Fry pancakes, portion by portion with apple slices in clarified butter.

  • Preparation "Flambéed apple slices with vanilla foam"

    Segment 3 apples and deglaze with Calvados and flambé.

    Mix egg, cream, sugar, with vanilla pump. Beat until foamy over a water bath.
